BPV’s
Forge 007
TurboXS Type 25
Bosch 110
Any internally recirculating BOV
50/50 Hybrid’s- Forge Hybrid, Go Fast Bits hybrid, Ebay Dual Blow off with recirculating.

NO FULLY ATMOSPHERIC BLOW OFF VALVES- Will cause a lean setting when you shift, the MAF needs the air to recirculate back through it so it can get a proper reading.

Belts
Gates K070890
Use that one, the Goodyear Gatorback has a very bad tendency to slip
For use with the 9.5 Pound Pulley

Intakes
DO NOT USE WITH OUT A TUNE YOU WILL RUN LEAN
MMW Supercharger Intake
Umnitza Carbon Fiber Intake
Hybrid Cold Air Intake
ARC Cold Air Box

You can cut out the hydrocarbon filter that is on the top of the adapter that makes your airbox lid fit on the TRD supplied airbox bottom. Cutting this huge white screen out makes for about 1-2 WHP and increased throttle response.

Spark Plugs
The plug to use with the supercharger is the Denso Ik24 gapped to .040
Its 2 steps colder than stock and 1 step colder than TRD spec’d one

Taping Boost Gauge Line
Tap the line for the boost gauge rite after the Vac line from the throttle body, but before it gets to the T-Fitting for the ByPass Valve and you will get a much better reading.

Catch Can Related
On the intake manifold you have a traditional breather hose that comes off the valve cover into the intake manifold. And another into the intake. Cap off the manifold and route your breather line to a catch can or back into the intake "I prefer a catch can to keep the intake assembly clean and keep buildup from happening on your intake valves and ports." Also oil vapor lowers octane which can cause your engine to pull timing and then a loss of power if it senses knock". The best part about fixing these issues is you will gain throttle response and I gained around 1-1.5 psi across the board which means I was most likely leaking a small amount of boost back into the intake.

Turbo Timer-
I would reccomend getting a timer so it keeps your car running and cycles the way hot oil out of the supercharger. It takes about 10 minutes to install, and costs about 100 dollars for a new one. Or you can stay in your car for 30 seconds extra, either way your call.

Ecu Reflash-
It must get done, and it must get done at Toyota. Its not something every dealership can do, due to needing a special software tool. It is tuned very very conservatively and you can run a 9 or 9.5 pound pulley with no problems on the stock supercharger fuel map.
People have gotten about 230whp with the stock pulley though with just a retune on a Unichip Engine Management, so that’s always an option aswell.

Noises
Whine. The supercharger whines, it whines at idle, midthrottle, and under full throttle. It’s a fact of life and you need to accept that’s what it does. If you hear a put put put put noise at idle that’s the BPV getting stuck open.
Intake. If you get an intake you will hear your little BPV hiss whe your shift, that’s the only way to hear a hiss unless you get a Hybrid BPV.

Oil
Toyota recommends between 4.0-4.8 quarts of 5w30
I personally run about 4.5 quarts of 10w40 so it wont leak as easily because it’s a bit thicker than the 5w30

Boost Levels in HKPA via Digital Boost Gauge
-.58-.60 at idle in neutral (VAC)
-.70 coasting in gear (VAC)
.60 (8.7PSI at 6000rpm)
.62 (9.2PSI bouncing off rev limiter)
